Ms. Chai has extensive experience in education and online content and publishing. She has a degree in Science with Education. She completed the INSEAD International Executive programme in 2000; awarded the Advanced Certificate for Training and Assessment in 2009; and attended the Phillips ROI Consultant Training in 2016.
